Mortgage Rates October 22nd, 2018

Mortgage rates for October 22nd, 2018 are starting off the week on the high side as the 10y yield starts off the week just under 3.20%. This week we have the following economic reports: New Home Sales, Oil Inventories, Durable Goods and Advance Q3 GDP. The stock market decline has not really been a huge factor for bond yields and mortgage rates.
